We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to families affected by domestic and family violence.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver targeted intervention programs, education and skills training to empower families and promote positive change.
In this role, you will work closely with families to understand their unique needs and develop personalized support plans that address their specific challenges.
You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, including other service providers and community organizations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as social work or community services.
