Help Families Break the Cycle of Violence Case Worker

Empowering families affected by domestic and family violence is a critical role for this position. The successful candidate will provide targeted early intervention programs, therapeutic support, and education to empower families to break the cycle of violence.
About the Job- Deliver case management, advocacy, and support to families experiencing or who have experienced domestic and family violence.
- Implement targeted DFV intervention education and skills programs.
- Promote community awareness of family violence through cooperative efforts.
- Establish sustainable relationships with key external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Services or Social Work, demonstrated work experience in the Family and Domestic Violence sector, and a strong understanding of complex issues and needs related to domestic violence, homelessness, substance abuse, and mental health.
