As a technical expert, you will partner with customers to help them achieve tangible business value from our AI models.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through the pre-sales process.
- Provide technical guidance, clarify requirements, and answer product-related questions.
- Demonstrate how our AI solutions can address customers' business needs through demos, use case scoping, and proofs of concept.
- Serve as the first point of contact for security and compliance inquiries, guiding customers to relevant resources and escalating complex requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common questions and requirements discovered during the pre-sales process.
- Develop strong relationships with customers during evaluation and purchasing.
- Foster customer advocacy and relay feedback to internal teams to inform product planning.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, managing relationships with large organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience providing security and compliance support, plus knowledge of IT security principles for B2B SaaS products.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives and leaders.
- Humble attitude, willingness to help others, and desire to learn to support team and customer success.
- High energy, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with ownership and prioritization.
