Facilities Manager

- Manage asset management processes, including updating the Asset Register, monitoring asset conditions, and recommending replacements or maintenance strategies.
- Develop cleaning and waste management schedules, ensuring seamless integration with facility operations.
- Lead and manage the FM team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and engagement.
- Act as the primary contact for reactive FM needs, using data-driven insights to communicate updates and resolve maintenance issues.
- Oversee the delivery of hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services, ensuring preventative and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently and in alignment with asset management plans.
- Asset management experience and knowledge of asset condition assessment.
- Cleanliness and waste management skills, with an understanding of integrated facility operations.
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of safety, compliance, and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide updates on maintenance issues.
