We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with top design and cross-functional peers, grow your design craft, and influence the growth of our products.
This position involves collaborating with data analytics teams to inform experience design across key growth opportunities, using qualitative and quantitative insights to bridge the gap between customer goals and product capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with data analytics teams to use quantitative data to inform the experience across key growth opportunities.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to design experiences that help bridge the gap between our customers' goals and the capabilities that our products provide for them.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience guiding a product team to impactful outcomes, using design thinking methods informed by user empathy, data, and challenged through testing and iteration.
- 5-7+ years of professional product design experience, ideally with exposure to product-led growth contexts.
- Evidence of strong storytelling capability; creating a compelling narrative through solid arguments backed by data.
- A desire to learn mindset; we favour moving and learning over pristine perfection.
Bonus Points For
- Experience using behavioural economics and psychology perspectives to achieve established customer and business outcomes.
- Experience driving exploratory research.
