As a pivotal link between product and sales teams, you will provide expert product knowledge and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Enablement Support:
- Offer ongoing assistance to sales teams in responding to client briefs and resolving product or operational queries.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance during pre-sales discussions and addressing technical issues post-sale.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the sales teams.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Monitor and evaluate revenue performance of products within assigned markets.
- Analyse market feedback and sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to Senior Managers.
- Training and Development:
- Contribute to the creation of enablement materials such as guides, FAQs, and best practice examples.
- Support the delivery of national commercial enablement initiatives within assigned markets.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects for specific products within assigned markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve operational challenges.
