Surgical Product Specialist Role

Job Summary: This position requires an individual with experience in product sales and applications in the surgical domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maximize sales, orders, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction for the surgery modality and business solutions.
  • To implement solid go-to-market strategies and clinical differentiation to secure market share and profitable business growth.
  • To create business plans for assigned accounts, including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and installed base targets.
  • To organize product demonstrations, site visits, and follow-up activities.
  • To provide support to account sales teams on strategy and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Surgical C-Arms/ OR Equipment/product sales/Clinical/management or product marketing.
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
