Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our corporate department, you will play a critical role in providing technically excellent legal advice that is clear and practical.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute complex corporate transactions across the full deal lifecycle, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, supporting legal and financial documentation processes, and ensuring all deal-related activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop innovative and commercial strategies that protect our interests and support business objectives.
  • Break down intricate legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-legal audiences.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, fund documents, and governance materials.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel, ensuring delivery of high-quality and cost-effective legal services that complement our internal expertise.
Requirements:
  • A current practicing certificate and approximately 5–7 years' PQE with a strong foundation at a top-tier firm in transactional work (M&A, funds management, finance, capital markets).
  • Experience in real estate or an in-house environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, and drafting skills with a proven ability to simplify complex legal issues for commercial stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter with a willingness to pitch in and get things done.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexible team player, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
