Corporate Lawyer - Transactional Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience in transactional law to join our specialist team.

  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including procurement, supply chain, and distribution agreements
  • Experience in managing business, asset, and purchase transactions, including conducting and reviewing buyer and seller due diligence
  • Ability to advise on company structuring, constitutions, shareholders agreements, and navigate Corporations Act compliance

You will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members, prioritizing personal growth and career objectives.

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE, ideally with experience in PPSR, IP/IT, and franchisor work
  • Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions with a well-regarded firm
  • Strong expertise in procurement, supply chain, and distribution contracts
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive, proactive approach to work and life
