Senior Associate Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team in corporate and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and work closely with partners
  • Provide supervision and support to junior lawyers within the team
  • Handle transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Deliver advisory services, including advice on corporate governance and reviewing general commercial contracts

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial and M&A work with good attention to detail
  • Experience with property transactions and commercial lease expertise
  • Ability to balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations and drafting
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients and other parties
  • The ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers
