As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, supporting hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection, and accurately interpreting and providing sound advice to leaders on company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, and certified agreement conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources or similar, and/or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Experience with recruitment and selection, particularly in a geographically dispersed blue-collar workforce
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks, including legislation, awards, and agreements
