About the Position:
- We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction, learning and development, and offboarding.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, variation letters, and other employee documentation in line with organisational policies and industrial instruments.
- Maintain and update employee records, registers, qualifications, and training logs across HRIS and filing systems.
- Assist in the administration of probation, performance review, and disciplinary processes in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Respond to general HR queries and provide timely, accurate information to managers and employees.
- Maintain and manage HR templates, forms, workflows, and process documents.
- Coordinate job advertisements, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and reference checks as required.
- Ensure compliance with pre-employment screening, including police checks, NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Cards, and mandatory training modules.
- Support smooth onboarding and induction of new employees including preparation of onboarding kits and system access.
- Monitor expiry of staff qualifications, licences, and mandatory training and coordinate renewals or follow-up.
