Family Violence Case Manager Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Family Violence Practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality case management services to women and children affected by family violence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide trauma-informed, systems-based case management services to women and children experiencing or having experienced family violence.
- Facilitate a multi-disciplinary approach, working collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders towards identified goals.
- Undertake comprehensive risk assessments, develop safety plans, and coordinate referrals for support as needed.
- Support victim survivors in various accommodation settings, ensuring their needs are met and they have access to relevant resources.
- Work closely with families to develop and review individual case and safety plans, promoting client engagement and autonomy.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to link them with other support services.
- Participate in the duty and crisis response roster to provide emergency support when required.
