About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Peppina, The Tasman Hotel's signature restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, wine list, and beverage offerings
  • Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of our services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and all things food
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Full working rights in Australia
