About the Opportunity

We're seeking a vibrant and committed hospitality professional to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Service Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering a warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experience. You'll have a deep understanding of beer, wine, cocktails, and all things food, and be able to share your knowledge with our guests.

About You

  • You'll have 2 years' experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment
  • You'll have a genuine interest and knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and all things food
  • You'll have a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
  • You'll have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • You'll hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • You'll have full working rights in Australia
  • You'll be willing to be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
