As a Relationship Manager, you will be the single point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. You will manage their unique needs, from everyday banking through to investments, financial planning, and wealth protection.

The key qualities required for this role are:

  • Achieving customer service excellence by demonstrating the bank's standards
  • Proactively building positive relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs
  • Looking for opportunities to provide customers with innovative financial service solutions
  • Being a proactive team player, driving client acquisition and referrals
  • Always offering suggestions to meet the specific goals and growth of our high net worth clients
  • Resolving client needs personally as a problem solver
  • Collaborating with specialists to refer customers for complex needs

Individuals with prior experience in mortgage/lending products services, sales roles with diversified product offerings, and the capacity to flourish in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
