Air Operations Role

Job Summary:

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of air freight services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process documents efficiently and promptly to ensure accuracy and compliance with operations systems.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including AQIS, airlines, couriers, customs agents, clients, and transport bodies, as required.
  • Book cargo with airlines and inspect all relevant documentation and cargo.
  • Order dry ice and other materials as needed.
  • Raise permits and act as part of quality assurance systems with AQIS.
  • Quote clients and raise invoices from quotations.
  • Process creditor invoices and CASS.
  • Carry out MSQA duties and participate in weekend work rosters as required.
  • Promote and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Raise discrepancies or disputes with the Air Freight Manager.
