Job Title:

We are seeking a Growth Leader to join our client, a high-growth digital-first business entering its next phase of expansion. With strong foundations, a proven product, and a loyal customer base, they are now looking to bring on a growth expert who can accelerate scale across acquisition, retention, and new markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team, where you will own the growth strategy end-to-end and lead a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record scaling eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer tech brands, with hands-on expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle/CRM. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute, comfortable with CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

The successful candidate will design and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, and lifecycle channels, leading acquisition activity and building retention and lifecycle programs that increase customer lifetime value. They will partner with product and UX to optimize conversion rates and the customer journey, crafting bold, resonant campaigns to strengthen brand presence and trust.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing growth strategies, leading acquisition activity, building retention and lifecycle programs, partnering with product and UX, and creating a test-and-learn culture where experimentation drives decisions.
