About Our Opportunity">

We're seeking an accomplished State Manager to drive business expansion in Queensland.

As the State Manager, you'll oversee all departments and teams, ensuring seamless operations, growth, and compliance. Your focus will be on driving performance, productivity, and project timelines while leading day-to-day operations and improving systems.

You'll work closely with the Director on strategic growth and report regularly on key metrics, risks, and team performance. This is a leadership role that requires someone who's done it before and wants to do it better—with a great team behind them.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales, admin, operations, and installations
  • Ensure smooth and compliant operations
  • Drive performance, productivity, and project timelines
  • Work closely with the Director on strategic growth
  • Report regularly on key metrics, risks, and team performance
