Leadership and Strategic Growth Director

We are seeking a visionary Leadership and Strategic Growth Director to spearhead our organisation's expansion plans. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished leader to oversee comprehensive operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial sustainability.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct operational management across multiple departments, prioritising effective resource allocation and team development.
  • Maintain high standards of ASQA compliance and funding contract obligations, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers, and government agencies.
  • Drive business growth through innovative planning, stakeholder engagement, and budget management.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve organisational goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Senior management experience within the RTO environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ASQA compliance and funding contract management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations, including training, finance, HR, and compliance functions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced organisational and time management capabilities.
