Key Responsibilities- Developing detailed client reports, Statements of Advice (SOAs), and other supporting documentation.
- Executing the implementation of advice documentation, guaranteeing timely and precise delivery.
- Assisting with client and supplier correspondence, as well as administration tasks where necessary.
- Maintaining data accuracy and compliance standards consistently.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Client Service Officer (CSO) role or 1+ year as a paraplanner.
- Advanced expertise with Xplan and Microsoft Office software.
