Senior Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized financial solutions and support.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing customers with seamless banking experiences by meeting their end-to-end financial needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
- Being part of a collaborative team and acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contributing to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value, and actively participating in programs and initiatives.
- Taking responsibility for 'know your customer' from a risk perspective and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Deliver personalized financial solutions and support to customers.
Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach.
Contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy.
