Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.

The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person to manage a variety of enquiries. Additionally, you will prepare and follow up on customer quotes, enter and manage customer orders, and support our sales teams.

You will also coordinate end-to-end logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and update systems that manage orders. Furthermore, you will manage relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiencies and the customer experience.
