What You Will Do
Interact with customers via phone, email and in person to manage a variety of enquiries
Prepare and follow up on customer quotes, enter and manage customer orders, and support our sales teams
Coordinate end-to-end logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and update systems that manage orders
Manage relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiencies and the customer experience
What You Need
Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Ability to learn new and custom IT systems quickly
Proactive approach to building constructive and effective relationships
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
