What You Will Do
  • Interact with customers via phone, email and in person to manage a variety of enquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes, enter and manage customer orders, and support our sales teams
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and update systems that manage orders
  • Manage relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiencies and the customer experience

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to learn new and custom IT systems quickly
  • Proactive approach to building constructive and effective relationships
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
