**Retail Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit, and growth targets through clear direction, customer focus, and operating standards.

This includes contributing to all aspects of the store, including serving customers, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the health and safety of team members and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in increasing performance to achieve targets
  • Contributing to all aspects of the store
  • Assisting with the training and development of the team
  • Ordering and maintaining stock availability
