Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to drive sales growth, manage store operations and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 staff members.
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, stock management and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure optimal stock levels and return on floor space.
  • Prepare and monitor sales reports, store rosters and compliance metrics.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality with knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management and sales reporting.
