About Our Retail Leadership Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management of the store, leading the team and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Key responsibilities include coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, managing deliveries and stock, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs.
  • You will also be responsible for leading the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty, as well as providing support for training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
  • An important aspect of this role is encouraging team development by providing timely feedback and regular Sunday work may be required.
