Store Operations Lead

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store and ensuring that it runs smoothly to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation. Your primary goal is to drive brand growth beyond store walls by engaging with local communities through activations, sporting events, and partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation
- Motivate teams to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets
- Closely monitor store sales to achieve targets and identify areas for improvement
- Effectively manage wage costs and OH&S management
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager experience
- A motivated attitude and passion for leading and inspiring teams
- Operational and strategic skills, including stock control and visual merchandising
