We're seeking a results-driven Retail Professional to lead our store team, driving sales growth and profitability through exceptional leadership and customer service.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding retail experiences, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of employees and volunteers;
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience;
  • Maintaining high operational and visual merchandising standards across the store;

Requirements
