We seek an experienced International Operations Coordinator to oversee the execution of end-to-end export/import operation tasks and processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing door-to-door international freight quotations
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, carriers, and overseas agents for seamless operations
- Managing import/export job registrations and handling documentation submissions
- Cultivating airfreight and seafreight processes with clients, carriers, and overseas agents
To excel in this role, you will need:
- International Operations Coordinator experience
- Outstanding personal presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A deep understanding of the international freight industry
- The ability to plan and coordinate tasks to meet desired outcomes within given timeframes
- Familiarity with CargoWise and OneStop software
