Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Aged Care Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, train, and retain skilled and compassionate carers to meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for carers and nurses, ensuring compliance with Aged Care and NDIS requirements
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates, clients, and their families
  • Represent us at recruitment expos, community events, and networking opportunities
  • Engage with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled casual workforce
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and quality improvement

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Aged Care sector (essential)
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Confident with technology, recruitment systems, and CRM platforms
  • Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and positive contribution
