About This Opportunity:
  • Manage recruitment processes from initial application to onboarding
  • Oversee training and compliance procedures
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and their families
  • Represent the organization at recruitment expos, community events, and networking opportunities
  • Engage with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled workforce
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Knowledge of the Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care sector
  2. Experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  5. Confident with technology and CRM platforms
