About the Role:

  • Manage all stages of recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding and compliance.
  • Oversee training programs and processes to ensure staff meet required standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients and their families.
  • Promote our services at events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled casual workforce.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance documentation and quality improvement.
