
Aged Care Specialist Recruiter

The role of a Recruitment Officer is to source and recruit skilled carers and nurses for various clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care sector, with experience in recruitment preferably within health or community services.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting, training, and retaining high-quality candidates. This involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and overseeing training and onboarding programs.
You will also be expected to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and their families, while maintaining high standards of documentation and quality improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care sector
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Commitment to compliance and continuous improvement
