About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and positive individual to join our team as a Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors, ensuring their smooth journey through our terminals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers requiring wheelchair assistance and/or MAAS (Meet & Assists) to/from assigned gates.
  • Transport passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors to further connecting flights/terminals when appropriate.
  • Work closely with PRM Shift Coordinators and Passenger Service Supervisors to ensure seamless processes for all passengers requiring special assistance.
  • Proactively report and complete incident/accident reports for any issues encountered.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Efficient computer and typing skills.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • An excellent attitude, with a positive and proactive approach to customer service.
