Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Located in Regency Park, our client is a diverse mechanical engineering company with a proud history of designing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of conveyors, material handling systems, chute work, and associated structural elements.

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and evaluating project contracts and variations, as well as managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, reviewing, and evaluating project contracts and variations
  • Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
Requirements:
  • A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of 'hands-on' experience working in a similar position
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to create reports on costing data
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent time management

The successful candidate will be paid $72,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
