Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Regency Park, SA

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in Regency Park, SA. Our client is a diverse mechanical engineering company with a proud history of designing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of conveyors, material handling systems, chute work, and associated structural elements.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals to oversee contractors and report on work order variations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and evaluating project contracts and variations
  • Responding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and services
  • Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of 'hands on' experience working in a similar position
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to create reports on costing data
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Very detail orientated
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent time management

Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
