**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, data analysis, and project reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop, review, and evaluate project contracts and variations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to programs, projects, and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions to drive business growth and success.
  • Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organization's activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience working in a similar position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create reports on costing data, with strong analytical and math skills.
  • Very detail-oriented, with the ability to understand technical drawings and requirements.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with excellent time management skills.

**What We Offer**
