Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Located in Regency Park, our client is a diverse mechanical engineering company with a proud history of designing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of conveyors, material handling systems, chute work, and associated structural elements.

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, reviewing, and evaluating project contracts and variations
  • Responding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and services
  • Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of "hands on" experience working in a similar position
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to create reports on costing data
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Very detail orientated
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent time management

The salary for this position is $72,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
