As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
">- Overseeing the coordination, management, and monitoring of warehouse team members.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt of supplier POs and internal DC-to-DC transfers; TOs.
- Ensuring stock take processes are followed with root cause investigation and solutions provided.
Key responsibilities include:
">- Planning the use of human resources, organizing recruitment, placement, and induction of required staff.
- Delegating tasks and accountabilities, establishing work schedules.
- Counseling, coaching, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conducting daily huddles with department team members.
- Improving and maintaining department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
">- A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
