We are seeking a Solicitor to join our team and contribute to the success of running class actions, with a focus on shareholder class action matters.

The Opportunity

As a Solicitor, you will have an ideal balance of autonomy and guidance. You will work closely with experienced lawyers to:

  • Participate in discovery review
  • Draft memoranda, correspondence and court documents
  • Undertake research
  • Assist in class action investigations
  • Prepare expert evidence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, peers and other stakeholders through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations
