Senior Class Action Lawyer

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Class Actions Team.
The successful candidate will have experience in class actions, particularly shareholder class actions.
The role involves participating in discovery review, drafting memoranda and court documents, undertaking research, assisting in class action investigations and preparing expert evidence.
As a champion of our clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, peers and stakeholders through exceptional communication and expectation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A current practising certificate
- Experience in class actions or large-scale litigation
- An innate ability to question, challenge the status quo and stay ahead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results
- Passion, motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to our culture
