Seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join our Class Actions team. We're passionate about delivering exceptional results and championing what's right.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with pre- or post-admission experience in class actions, especially shareholder class actions. You will participate in discovery review, draft memoranda, correspondence, and court documents, undertake research, assist in class action investigations, and build strong relationships with clients, peers, and stakeholders through exceptional communication and expectation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery review and analysis of complex legal documents
  • Draft high-quality memoranda, correspondence, and court documents
  • Undertake research and provide expert advice on class action matters
  • Assist in class action investigations and prepare expert evidence
  • Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and stakeholders through effective communication and expectation management
Requirements
  • Hold a current practising certificate
  • Pre- or post-admission experience in class actions or large-scale litigation
  • Innate ability to question, challenge the status quo, and stay ahead
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to connecting with others and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results
