Site Manager or Supervisor Commercial Burnett Heads Job Description

GemLife and QA Build are seeking a hands-on, solutions-focused site leader to manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities. As a Site Manager or Supervisor Commercial Burnett Heads, you will oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, high-quality environments and know how to drive programs to completion. Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings is highly regarded. The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
