Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Administration Assistant. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and sending invoices in a timely manner
  • Assisting with job costings and developing quotes
  • Developing and executing purchase orders
  • Sales and client management
  • Working with software systems including Salesforce and Harmoniq CSM
  • Developing marketing and creative content
Requirements
  • Experience in administration including invoicing, quoting, and purchase orders
  • Experience working with sales and invoice specific software systems
  • Experience working with modular planning and delivery
  • Experience working in construction
  • Experience developing and executing creative content for websites and marketing using Canva or other platforms
  • Experience and success developing client relationships and delivering on sale targets
