Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end site delivery, ensuring quality control and compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and ensure site safety and smooth coordination of trades and works.
- Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, leading site meetings and inspections.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments and knows how to drive programs to completion.
- Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations.
