What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
Work closely with the internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life
Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections
What We're Looking For
A hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments and knows how to drive programs to completion
Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded
Solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations
