You will source and create job opportunities that match client strengths and interests, champion inclusive employment practices, and engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and problem-solve will be essential in facilitating employer training, promoting disability awareness, and creating job opportunities.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a people-first culture where integrity, confidentiality, and high-quality service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and creating job opportunities for clients with disabilities
- Providing tailored support and developing individualized employment plans
- Championing inclusive employment practices and engaging with employers
- Facilitating employer training and promoting disability awareness
- Creating job opportunities and building employer and community networks
You bring a strong passion for employment services, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. With experience or a genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities, you are confident in your ability to make a positive impact in their lives. Essential Criteria- Degree in Employment or Human Services - desirable

- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disabilities
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
