We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to assess participants' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector. You will be motivated by improvement and open to testing and learning new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Support and advise on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
- Recommend assistive technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and open to testing and learning new ideas.
- Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
